If the return is a result of our error or a damaged product we will refund the full cost of the merchandise (not including shipping and handling.)  You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment.  We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 10 days of the delivery date.  We inspect all returned items and award a full refund for the full purchase price (not including shipping and handling).  We do not accept returns on any autographed items.  Customer is responsible for all return postage.  You may expect to receive your refund within 30 days from our receipt of product.  In many cases you will receive a refund sooner. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund.
